OUR TEAM

Jack Anderson
MS, CSCS
I was born with a strong passion for sports. Initially, it started as a three-year old transfixed by the world of the NFL. As a young athlete I played basketball and enjoyed writing mock newspaper articles about all the biggest stories in sports.
In college, I got to cover the NFL as a credentialed journalist. After graduation, I started competing in powerlifting while working as a hockey reporter and producer for shows on SiriusXM with Coach K.
I enjoyed the sports journalism world but felt like I wasn't truly experiencing sports in its purest form. I wanted to be with the athletes, helping them achieve their goals.
With my passion for physical fitness and love of sports, I received a Masters degree in Exercise Science and started my career in athletic performance. I have been fortunate enough to coach at the following places:
-
San Jose Sharks
-
Buffalo Bills
-
Canisius University
-
University at Buffalo
-
University of Mary Washington
-
Private Trainer for professional athletes in the NHL, NBA, MLB, MLS, AVP, etc.
Yet after a decade of coaching high level athletes, the most joy I’ve felt as a coach has been developing youth athletes here in Santa Barbara, CA. The development process is critical to long-term athletic success and I am so excited to bring my experience to those who need it most.
