Semi-Private Training
60-90 minute sessions focused on Strength and Conditioning as well as Speed and Agility training. Groups will generally consist of 2-6 athletes with programs based on experience, age, injury history, and physical needs​
Private Training
Private training is a personalized approach that allows individuals to receive focused attention and tailored workouts. This is ideal for injured, rehabbing athletes.

Athletic Assessment
A battery of testing to determine strength, speed and jumping ability.

Each test will be administered utilizing OVR Jump Technology and VALD laser timing gates.
Online Programming
Virtual coaching is available for motivated, communicative athletes who are offsite. Remote consultations and mentorship for athletes and coaches are also available.
